In need of amazing realtor
I need to sell our house in East Knoxville (near Asheville Hwy and Strawberry Plains Pike) in the Stonehaven subdivision. I am looking for recommendations of a wonderful realtor who will be very aggressive in getting our house sold and will do open houses and advertising, etc. Basically a go-getter who will not sit back and wait for the house to sell itself! Anyway, please let me know if you know of anyone - Thanks in advance!

She hasn't done an open house for us, but that is because they are not very effective. She has kept us updated anytime the house has shown, has given feedback on what we need to fix, etc.

The person you're looking for is Gary Grimes of Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace. He's been their top seller during these difficult times and was one of the fastest to ever join the "million dollar club". He will do everything necessary to help sell your house. In our case, he even helped us paint and landscape. While I wouldn't expect him to do it for everyone, I thought it was a very nice gesture. He can be reached at 403-2799. Not only is he an excellent realtor, Gary is a great guy and an excellent person. I'd recommend him any time.

Hi, I work with Judi Starliper at KNS Media, and I know she is a supporter of KnoxMoms, as you'll even find a KnoxMoms link on her website. www.starliper.com She continually advertises, at least 3 pages even now in this economy, with Open Houses and other featured listings, as well as on national websites.
