Help with 2nd Interview

I am going to be honest, I have never in my life been on a second interview. I know it is a good sign because it means they obviously like me since I made the cut, but I am in uncharted waters here - Usually I charm them so much on the first one the second is futile. hehe.

Anyway, I was expecting one because it is now our company's policy to conduct peer interviews in addition to manager interviews. No problem, I want to meet the people I will be managing.

But, yesterday I got an email saying this interview is with the director and VP of the company. NOT what I was expecting so I have no idea what is going on.

Any advice for me?

I woke up thinking about you this morning. We said a prayer it goes well. Take a deep breath and be positive. Just go slow and don't rush through it. You will be fine. But let us know...

I have been the voice of calm about this situation for weeks and this morning Hubby gets up and said he has a great feeling about today and that he had been praying about it too. I said, how do you feel about the childcare working out?? He just smiled and said, it will work itself out. Which is what I have been saying for weeks as he has been worrying.

I hate it when he uses my words back at me. lol.
