Default Miley Cyrus made a surprise visit to Knoxville today!

We are so bummed!! I was going to take my daughter but we ran late this morning to go finish her allergy tests and missed the 12:30 show. So, of course we hear that Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus made a surprise visit to the Pinnacle in Turkey Creek. The place we would have gone. Bailee was so upset, she cried and cried. We didn't end up going at all. I experienced that awful feeling of let down. I know it was a surprise and meeting Miley is pretty outrageous, but I would have given ANYTHING to fix it and let her meet her somehow.

Did anyone meet her? Is the movie her way of ending the show??

Unhappy Only a select few

It appears that some people knew Miley was going to be at that particular theater. I certainly would like to have been in that exclusive circle since my child and a friend went to the theater on Gay Street. Watching the news last night about the "surpise visit" there certainly were alot of people there with cameras.

Yeah, I thought it was kind of odd that so many people had cameras with them if they were just going out for a day at the movies.

I know what you mean about the "surprise". My daughter and I went to the 11:30 show and when we arrived at 11:00 there was a huge line in the lobby. We got snacks and went to the line to stand, then at 11:15 I asked if this was the line for the 11:30 show. The theater employee said "oh no, this is the line for the 12:00 show, for the 11:30 show, just go right in". I thought it was really odd that people arrived before 11:00 a.m. to stand in line for a 12:00 show when they could have walked in to the 11:30 show. Obviously, word got out. Good for those that got the tip, but I wish they would stop saying it was a surprise. I told my daughter when we found out we missed Miley that we were lucky enough to see her in concert, and sometimes you get the scoop and sometimes you don't!
