Eligibility: Expectant parents during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy or parents of a child up to one year old.
Description: A program of support and information for parents with newborns. Families that are expecting an infant or have a child up to one year of age are matched with a trained counselor. Through home visits, the counselor offers parents opportunities to discuss questions they may have concerning care of the new baby, parenting skills and information about community resources.
