Fountain City Park

About: Starting at the parking lot there is a small trail that circles the park and connects with 3 picnic shelters and one gazebo that has electricity. Right down from the shelters are two playground areas that are full of swings and slides that will entertain the kids for hours. Not too far from the playground is a basketball court with local games going on all the time.

The most unique attraction to Fountain City Park is the large water fountain, and the natural spring that runs right into first creek. Tons of wide-open space and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy Fountain City Park is a great place to go to enjoy Knoxville.
