Description: Classes offer a stroller workout that combines Power Walking and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. Our classes are 60-minutes long and all fitness levels are welcome. When you come to class all you need is your stroller, (any stroller will do as long as it is not prone to tipping) water and an exercise mat. We provide the rest. Arrive 15 minutes before start time. Mention that you heard about it through Knox Moms and receive your first week free - with no obligation to join. That's five free classes for you and baby!
