If you missed the fun today, we had a great time. Jill and her team at Hard Knox Pizzeria set out a special table and all the ingredients for the kids to create their own pizzas. They stretched and patted the dough, smoothed on the sauce and sprinkled their ingredients...

The kids looked like they'd been making pizzas for years! Once they were satisfied with their creations they stood on tippy toe on the restaurant's red painted wooden stools and watched as their pizzas were slid into the wood fire ovens. Just two minutes later they were sitting blowing on their bubbling hot pizzas waiting for them too cool down so they could take a bite.
